You only pay us if we succeed! Our fee is a one time fee of 50% of the first year’s savings, payable only AFTER we provide you with official documentation that the assessment has been reduced. In all subsequent years, you keep 100% of the savings. If we do not reduce the assessment, our company will NOT charge you a fee. A $30 court imposed fee is required only in the event that your petition needs to be filed in Small Claims Assessment Review.
